Obstructive Sleep Apnea

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a condition characterized by multiple episodes of sleep-related apnea or hypopnea (loss or decrease in breathing) during sleep, resulting in symptoms such as snoring, snorting/gasping, or breathing pauses during sleep; and daytime sleepiness, fatigue, or unrefreshing sleep despite sufficient opportunities to sleep.
